Avoiding Burnout, Connecting With Other Women Entrepreneurs, Sharing Challenges and Learning From Each Other
These are just some of the benefits Natalie Colalillo hopes to pass on to women when they join Happy Healthy Women – a Canada-wide collective of women entrepreneurs who see happiness, health and success as one full circle in a continuum of requirements for a full life.
She readily admits she didn’t always have this perspective. An entrepreneur for her entire career, Natalie says she struggled with a work ethic that drove her to overwork, and to believe that nothing else but her business mattered.
A few big failures later (we all have them!), Natalie realized something had to change in the way she ran her business, and her life. She wasn’t spending enough time with her friends or her partner, and didn’t feel like a healthy, well-rounded person. Then one day, reflecting on all of this, she heard herself say, “I need to surround myself with healthy, happy women!” and that was the beginning of what is now, 7 years later, a collective of 19,000 women in 27 branches across Canada, and growing.
Natalie says her heart’s calling lies in bringing amazing women together and empowering them to step into their greatness.
She has dedicated her life to being happy, healthy, and to inspiring others to do the same WHILE achieving success. She helps people take their life, DESIGN it and LIVE it. Through the Happy Healthy Women Collective, she promotes healthy harmony as a way of life, rather than the “All work, no play” mentality that so many women are stuck with.
